
The NIH Pain Consortium 10th Annual Symposium will be held on May 26, 27, 2015, at the NIH Campus, Natcher Auditorium in Bethesda, MD.
This year’s theme: “Advances in Pain Research: Looking Back and to the Future”, will highlight research on: Neuro-Glial Mechanisms; Genetics & Epigenetics; Brain Imaging Discoveries; Novel Therapy Development; and Cognitive and Emotional Influences.
The Keynote Address will be delivered by Dr. Clifford Woolf, Boston Children’s Hospital: “Pain in a Dish”.
A poster session will include a broad selection of current pain research findings presented by junior investigators. Members of the extramural scientific community, the NIH scientific community, health care providers, and the public are invited to attend. The event is free and open to the public.
