Can Bloodwork Anomalies serve as an indicator for Chronic Pain conditions?

Several folks recently have mentioned various anomalies in their blood work.  In some cases their medical providers either are unable to identify the cause OR say that the levels are “normal” or “unremarkable” when outside the standard range.

If they anomalies are consistent for folks who have various chronic pain conditions it brings up the question of “Could Bloodwork Anomalies serve as an indicator for Chronic Pain conditions?”
