Hope Over Pain’s “CRPS / RSD Awareness & Research Cookbook is a global collaborative where chronic pain sufferers & their loved ones came together to share some of their favorite recipes.

The cookbook includes stories, quotes and graphics from several contributors such as CRPS/RSD Awareness World of Fire and Ice Graphics from the US and Julie Boardman of the UK who designed & donated the Phoenix in Hope Over Pain’s logo.

In addition to the tasty & tantalizing recipe it also includes Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) facts, poetry, narratives, resources as well as tips & tricks for cooking; how to minimize the physical stress on our system, and provides a gentle introduction for those unfamiliar with the World of CRPS/RSD.
